LAS VEGAS – The professional mixed martial arts fighter known as War
Machine, 32, has been arrested by the police on the 15th of August
for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, porn star, Christy Mack, 23.

Adult film actress Christy Mack and new boyfriend, Corey Thomas
accused Jonathan Paul Koppenhaver known as “War Machine” for brutally beating
them up at a house in Las Vegas on the 8th of August.
On the 8th of August, Koppenhaver barged in his
ex-girlfriend’s house while she was sleeping with her new boyfriend Corey
Thomas. Koppenhaver first beat up Thomas then his ex-girlfriend. Mack
had severe injuries, including 18 broken bones in her face, a fractured rib,
and a ruptured liver. Police said Thomas suffered broken bones in his face
threatening him that he would kill his friends if he reported the attack. Mack
tells the police that Koppenhaver continued beating her while reading her text
messages and went on after he made her shower in front of him. She then posted
a statement via twitter saying that she thought death has come to her when
Koppenhaver sawed off her hair with a dull knife. Mack managed to escape
herself through the back door naked pleading for help from the neighbors while Koppenhaver
was in another room.

Koppenhaver initially fled himself to California but was arrested by the
police. He also claimed that he intended to give his girlfriend a
surprise proposal at her house with an engagement ring but ended up ‘fighting
for his life.’ He also stated that the cops aren't giving him justice and not
believing him.

Mack is now treated with long recovery, getting funds from various people and also generous offers to fix her teeth that she lost in the attack. She also plans to return back to the porn industry after she’s fully recovered.
